One-on-One Health Coaching

$100/hour. 4 session minimum. Your custom in-person or online program includes a weekly 1 hour session which includes goal setting and accountability, nutrition and wellness education, recipes and cooking demos.

Cooking Classes

$75 per person for a 2 1/2 hour cooking class. Classes are hands-on and students enjoy the tasty plant-based meal they created at the end of the class. Classes are held at Hanna’s Healthy Kitchen at Guadalupe/Greenfield Rds. in Gilbert, Arizona or for a flat travel charge we can bring the class to your home kitchen: $50 within 20 miles or $100 within 40 miles. Choose from the following Themes:  Soup and Salad Night, Family Freezer Favorites (Food Prep Class), Sweet and Sinless Desserts or our most popular World Cuisine (see Menu options below). $125 for a 1.5 hour session on healthy pantry essentials and organization in your home’s kitchen and pantry. The pantry makeover includes education on ingredients to avoid and safer alternatives.

Workshops and Speaking Events

Plant-Based Wellness Workshops: Hanna specializes in teaching others how to thrive while enjoying a whole food plant-based lifestyle. She explores the science supporting a plant based diet, the benefits of going whole food plant based, teaches participants how to “lean into” plant-based eating and offers up diverse healthy vegan food samplings, cooking demos, practical tips, resources and recipes. In addition to learning the fundamentals of optimal plant-based eating, participants learn a holistic approach to wellness including tools to help manage stress, maintain a healthy weight and get better sleep, to integrate functional and vital movement into their daily life, and to establish healthy habits that nurture the body and soul! Guest presenters and interactive activities included! Workshops consist of meeting 2 hours once a week for 3 weeks OR as a 6 hour Saturday Workshop.

Corporate Cooking Class: $750 for a 1 hour cooking class for up to 25 participants, includes ingredients, cooking demo, tastings, lesson and take-home food sample.

Corporate Event Demo Table:  $750 per hour for hosting a demo table at your corporate event where I will have plant-based food samplings, recipes and informational materials, along with a plant-based cooking demo for your attendees.

Smart Shopping Trip

$125 for a 1.5 hour personal guided shopping trip for the healthiest choices in your favorite local grocery store. You will learn how to read labels and identify the best brands and products for your home kitchen.

Health Retreats

Hanna directs health retreats with her sister Erin in beautiful Santo Tomas, Sonora, Mexico. Guests are treated to an all inclusive experience including beach front accommodations, Hanna’s healthy and delicious vegan cuisine, daily yoga classes, stand up paddle boarding lessons, an hour massage by a certified massage therapist and ample time for relaxing in paradise!
